Dr. Vivian Gonzalez is an executive coach, speaker, and trainer who assists executives, leaders, and physicians develop strategies to prevent burnout, enhance resilience, and thrive in demanding environments, ultimately enabling them to succeed professionally and personally.
Through mental health initiatives, management consultations, and coaching, Dr. Gonzalez has worked with individuals and leaders to build on their strengths and experiences. Her efforts transformed individuals’ focus, communication, teamwork, and healthy relationships.
She holds a Ph.D. from Barry University and is a certified executive and life coach, certified leadership development, and physician development coach. Additionally, she is affiliated with the Maxwell Leadership Group and provides leadership training.
Outside of coaching, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys spending time with her family, walking on the beach with her husband, and participating in church activities.
